We completed a full facade window replacement project on a 48-unit apartment building in central Szeged. The old, outdated timber windows were replaced with modern, thermally-broken aluminium units that significantly improved the building’s energy rating.

Project highlights:

  • 192 double-leaf aluminium windows with triple glazing
  • 96 balcony doors with aluminium frames
  • All units custom-manufactured to size
  • Installation completed in 6 weeks with residents in continuous occupation

The building’s energy performance certificate improved from class “C” to class “A+” after the project. // TODO: real data
