General provisions
The purpose of this notice is to set out the internal rules that ensure the data processing activities of Alu Építő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), as well as Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (Infotv.).
1. The purpose of this notice is to explain
- what personal data of data subjects we process and for what purpose;
- the legal basis for the processing;
- how long the data is retained;
- who the data may be accessed by;
- the rights of data subjects and available remedies in connection with the processing.

Data subjects may contact the person responsible for data protection ataluepito@aluepito.hu to exercise their rights. Alu Építő Kft. notes that no data protection officer has been appointed.
3. Territorial scope
This notice applies to the data processing activities of Alu Építő Kft. as a controller established within the European Union.
4. Personal scope
This notice applies exclusively to data processing carried out by Alu Építő Kft. in respect of natural person clients / business partners. For the purposes of this notice, sole traders, one-person companies and primary producers acting as clients, customers or suppliers are treated as natural persons.

6. Who may access the data?
Personal data may be processed by the Controller and by its authorised staff, in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR.
7. Rights of data subjects
Right to information
Data subjects have the right to be informed of the facts and information relating to the processing before it begins.
Right of access
Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether their personal data is being processed and, where that is the case, to access the personal data and the related information set out in the GDPR.
Right to rectification
Data subjects have the right to have the Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay, and, taking into account the purpose of the processing, to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Data subjects have the right to have the Controller erase personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Controller is obliged to erase such data without undue delay where one of the grounds set out in the GDPR applies.
Right to restriction of processing
Data subjects have the right to obtain restriction of processing where the conditions set out in the GDPR are met.
Right to data portability
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, data subjects have the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller to which it was originally provided.
8. Data transfers
Data provided by data subjects is not transferred to any third party.
9. Automated decision-making
Alu Építő Kft. does not apply automated decision-making or carry out profiling in its data processing.
